If you have a patient in need of a consultation, please feel free to contact our office directly to arrange an appointment, or fax us your chart notes and/or one of our consultation request forms and we will be happy to contact the patient to schedule. We have three locations which are located in Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett.

Patients that need emergent care can be seen the same day. Outside of our normal clinic hours, we always have a physician on call. The on call physician can be reached by calling 206-363-7035 and choosing option #9; leave a message with the call-back number and one of our physicians will contact you promptly.
