David N. Drucker, MD was born and raised in New York City. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania. He attended medical school at the University of Rochester in upstate New York where he graduated with honors and was elected Alpha Omega Alpha. Following his internship at Rochester General Hospital, he completed his Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He then completed a two-year fellowship in Vitreoretinal Diseases and Surgery at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle.
In 1993, Dr. Drucker founded Retina Consultants of Seattle. Since then, he has expanded the practice to serve the communities of Bellevue and Everett. Dr. Drucker has over 30 years of experience. He remains on the leading-edge of innovative vitreoretinal medical and surgical techniques, and has continually incorporated the latest technologies into the practice.
Dr. Drucker is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He also holds several professional memberships that include the American Society of Retina Specialists, American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Washington Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
In his spare time, Dr. Drucker enjoys spending time with his wife, five children and two dogs.
